Have you been involved in Planned Giving for a while? Do you want to go deeper and understand the tax aspects of Charitable Planned Giving so you can educate your donors on how taxes influence the type of planned gift vehicles they should consider? Are you ready to “think outside the box” and prepared to talk about multiple planned giving strategies to more closely meet your donor’s objectives as well as the nonprofit you represent? Speakers:
Susanna Kim is a partner in the private client and tax team at Withers. Susanna is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a legal specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law.
